How soon can I expect my items?Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. All products are hand made and only a few pieces are kept in inventory. If you’d like to place a custom order please email us.

What is the Return Policy?We offer a no questions asked 10-day returns for all customers in the US. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer responsible for shipping fee.. The return time frame starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. To qualify for a return: Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage (all items inspected prior to shipping for any damages) Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included) No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set. Can I exchange my piece?Absolutely, you have ten days from delivery date as long as the original tag is still attached.

What is Talavera Azul or “Blue Talavera”Talavera pottery is crafted using two types of clay, a dark clay and a light, slightly rose-colored clay, both sourced from the state of Puebla. These clays are combined, sieved, and shaped by hand, on a wheel, or using molds.

What is Barro Negro or “Black Clay”Black clay or Barro Negro, comes from the town of San Bartolo Coyotepec in Oaxaca. These exquisite process of polishing the surface with a quartz stone. This compresses and smooths the surface which in addition to the lower firing temperature for an extended time results in a finish which is unique to these pieces and gives them their natural luster.

How do I care for my piece?You can wear your piece anywhere, when storing avoid exposing your handcrafted pottery to extreme changes in temperature and humidity. Store in cool places with air flow
