Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. All products are hand made and only a few pieces are kept in inventory. If you’d like to place a custom order please email us.
We offer a no questions asked 10-day returns for all customers in the US. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer responsible for shipping fee.. The return time frame starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage (all items inspected prior to shipping for any damages)
Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
